Sunday's thought whilst preparing sambar !

As I was tossing the ingredients into a pan, for making Sambar for lunch, I realized how the chronology matters for each and every dish that one prepares. In  a similar manner , life gives us a lesson at every stage and it is crucial to understand the importance of an ingredient at that moment of time.



When you get lemons, do make lemonade, but toss it up with your choice of garnish: perhaps a pinch of salt  or sugar or black pepper , on certain occasions may be some orange juice would enhance the taste or just chilling it and gulping it up on a bad day would be a good choice. Here too, the order matters. Otherwise, we might end up having a sour drink that would ruin our palate.
